Human resources

In the functional area of human resources, the areas for action relate in particular to the research organisation’s responsibility as an employer towards its employees, and thus bring the social goals of sustainable development into focus. A prerequisite for this is a professional human resources management body that has ample resources to strategically plan and implement its managerial activities. Activities in this area relate, among other things, to supporting employees in their career development, responsible treatment of temporary employees, equal opportunities and appreciation of diversity, healthy working conditions, and development of skills for sustainable and responsible action.
